Leather corset tutorial
This tutorial will show you how to pixel shade a leather corset. I use PSP 11 but it can be done in any paint program inclucing MS Paint. |

| Step 1: You will need a base and a light brown color palette to do this tutorial. | Step 2: With black draw the outline of the corset. Nothing very special, just check the pic as reference. Since I want to join the two sides with laces, I left a space between them. |

| Step 3: Still with black add details in the corset design. I have put two lines from top to bottom, both on the left and right side of the corset (follow the shape of the body, no straight lines). Add the middle laces, make some x shape if you have enought place or just put dots where it's not large enought. | Step 4: Flood fill with the fourth color of you palette. Now I want to make the illusion that all the pieces of the corset are reunited by leather lace so against all my lines, I will add a dotted line. (make a dot leave a space, make a dot leave a space...) |

| Step 5: On to the shading now, with the second color of the palette put some shadow under the breast and each side of the black lines (Check the area in blue to help you). | Step 6: Continue with shadow but with color #3 this time. Do the same thing them on step 5, follow the blue guideline to help you. |

| Step 7: With color #5 apply highlights. Becareful to leave spaces between the highlights and the filling color. If you have used a bigger base, chances are that you will need to apply a second round of highlights on top of those done now, but in my case it's no needed. | Step 8: Add a skirt, a shirt, some hair and accessories and Voilą! You have a beautiful doll! |
