| Step 1: You will need a doll and a hair palette. With the darkest color of the palette, draw your outline. The only advice I have here is to leave about 2 to 3 pixels spaces between the strands. | Step 2: A difficult step this one, but I'm sure with practice you will be the best! Ok go... Flood fill with color #3... :p Ok guys that's a joke! It was the easiest one!!! |

| Step 3: With color #4 start putting lights in there! See that's what I discover not so long ago, for good looking hair, you have to leave 2 or 3 pixels between the strands, so this way you can put your highlights right in the middle! | Step 4: With color #5 go over the highlights done on step 4 but don't go over all the line, just the middle, so both ends stay with color #4... Check out the pic, I have colored in green what you have to do, I think it's easiest to understand on a pic then reading my english! lollll |

| Step 5: Almost same thing then step 4 but use the lightest color and go over the highlights done on step 4! | Step 6: So now you think your vintage hair looks perfect? Remember that details is the key to make beautiful dolls! With color #2 shade your hair outline. Check out the pic above to help you! It's almost the same then step 3 and 4, recolor the middle part of your outline lines leaving both ends darker. |
